Konvoi Sports Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Konvoi Sports, we stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles. With proper registration, every Konvoi Sports paddle is protected against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies exclusively to the original owner and is non-transferable after registration.
What’s Covered and What’s Not
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the paddle. However, it does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Chips or scuffs to the edges or corners of edgeless paddles.
The natural fading or breakdown of graphics or surface textures over time.
Additional Information
This warranty is available for Konvoi Sports paddles purchased within the United States. Konvoi Sports will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a damaged paddle qualifies for warranty coverage. If approved, we will decide whether to repair or replace the paddle. Please note that replacement paddles are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
